Returns & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on your first pack, along with a standard 30-day return policy for unopened items.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First Pack Only)
If you try your first pack and don’t like it for any reason, just let us know within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund you in full — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
How It Works
  1. Email our support team at customercare@gethellohealthy.com with your order number.
  2. Tell us you’d like to use the Money-Back Guarantee.
  3. We process your refund immediately.
  4. You keep (or discard) the remaining product — no return required.
Standard Returns (Unopened Items)
If you would like to return an unopened product, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be in its original condition — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To start a return, email us at customercare@gethellohealthy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always reach us with any return questions at customercare@gethellohealthy.com.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Refunds for Standard Returns
Once we receive and inspect unopened return items, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, reach out to us at customercare@gethellohealthy.com.
